Once you enrol with AATT, you'll work with an AATT assessor and the AATT Learning Portal to complete your qualification. Here's what to expect.
Every learner receives an Individualised Learning Plan after their Pre-Training Review. The ILP covers your delivery mode, target completion date, any support needs, and your assessor's contact details. The ILP is reviewed quarterly during delivery.
You need a USI before AATT can issue your qualification. If you don't have one, AATT can help you create one — with your consent. You can also create one yourself at usi.gov.au.
The Learning Portal is where you access course materials, submit evidence, complete knowledge assessments, and message your assessor. You'll receive login details when your enrolment is confirmed.
For Workplace-Based delivery, you, your employer, your workplace supervisor, and AATT all sign a Workplace Training Agreement. This sets out: what AATT delivers, what the workplace provides, the assessor visit schedule, WHS responsibilities, and dispute resolution.
When you submit workplace evidence (photos, video, work samples):
You may withdraw from your course at any time using the AATT Course Withdrawal Form. Refunds (if applicable) are processed per the Fee and Refund Policy. Statements of Attainment are issued for any units competently completed at the time of withdrawal.
